Runner Bean Wine

So back towards the end of the Summer our runner bean crop was coming to an end and I decided to keep a few beans back for seed as they had done so well, so I let them get nice and old. When I came to take the plants down and take off the last crop and pick my seeders I found I had rather a lot more hidden under all the leaves, so I popped in side and “Googled” and found a runner bean wine recipe. I required 3 pounds of beans which I had. So I chopped them up and bunged them all in the freezer until I had a demi-john free. Well now that time has come, I have a free demi-john which is now filled with a rather peachy looking runner bean wine. 6months time I should have a wine that is drinkable.
